Visitors, client companies' and potential tenants will be in for a treat in the coming months.
First impressions always count and under the direction of Plymouth's Architect Design Group, the ground floor reception and common areas, as well as externally, a sea shore themed garden area on the southern side of the building, will be developed.
Working closely with agents Stratton Creber Commercial and James Jones LaSalle, both agree the investment respresents a necessary and worthwhile move to keep the building as one of the area's most sought after premises.
